Nothing. Symptomly does not collect any personal data. All symptom logs, food logs, health data, and patterns are stored locally on your iPhone. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it yourself (e.g. using the Doctor Report share sheet).
If you connect Apple Health, Symptomly reads activity, sleep, heart rate, and other health data to surface insights. This data is read-only — Symptomly never writes anything back to Apple Health. It is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
Symptomly does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal information to use the app.
Symptomly does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not know who you are, how often you use the app, or what you log.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made (so we can unlock Pro features), but we never see your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment processing.
Symptomly is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect information from children.
